[BRIEF]

Develop and execute a dynamic experiential strategy to attract and engage new audiences across five countries as part of the worldwide SVNS tournament series, leading up to rugby sevens’ inclusion in the Olympic Games Paris 2024. 


[RESPONSE]

We designed an engaging experiential strategy that infused music and entertainment, featuring local musicians, DJs, and performers across up to six music stages across the outer fan zone and inside the main stadium. The series spanned across Cape Town, Perth, LA, Singapore, and Madrid. We managed all talent from bookings to logistics and on-site execution. Artists included Tinashe, DJ Zinhle, Sophie Lloyd, and more.
